
Algimantas Markauskas

One of Lithuania's most prominent business leaders, having led a high-tech and biotechnology company for more than two decades. His experience includes strategic management, leadership of international teams, business development and change implementation.
From 2010 to 2024, he served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Thermo Fisher Scientific Baltics, where he led one of the largest biotechnology centers in the region. During his leadership, the company became the most profitable company in Lithuania, attracted significant international investments, and was awarded the prestigious Shingo Award, known as the “Nobel of Business.”
Algimantas has won the CEO of the Year award from Verslo žinios three times – in 2015, 2019 and 2021, assuring his reputation as one of the country’s most influential leaders. His leadership philosophy – “let’s not work harder, but smarter” – has become synonymous with efficiency and innovation.
Today, Algimantas is actively involved in various corporate boards and management consulting. His experience helps organizations grow, implement advanced management practices, and create long-term value.

Justas Markauskas
Partner
Strategy consultant and project manager with over a decade of experience working with business transformations, process optimization, and long-term strategy implementation.
He has gained extensive management experience in manufacturing companies, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of the company's strategy, new product development, production planning, implementation of Lean methodologies, and sales development in international markets.
He also gained experience in the financial industry while working at Danske Bank, where he was actively contributing to the strategy execution, managing transformation projects, and shaping the long-term "Forward '28" strategy.
At the beginning of his career, he actively contributed to the implementation of Lean processes, Kaizen projects, and the development of KPI systems at Thermo Fisher Scientific Baltics.
His competencies include strategy development, change management, Lean implementation, process optimization and team leadership. Justas earned Masters and Bachelor degrees in Financial Economics from ISM University, and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School.
