By using our website or registering for training, you agree to these rules.

1. Description of services. We provide consulting services and organize training on strategy implementation and efficiency improvement topics.

2. Registration and data. When registering for training, it is necessary to provide correct information (name, surname, e-mail, address, company code, VAT code - if applicable).

3. Ticket purchase and refund policy

• Ticket validity. The ticket is valid only for the specified training date and cannot be used at any other time.

• Refund conditions: Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the training is canceled by the organizers.

• Transfer to another person. The ticket can be transferred to another person by informing the organizers no later than 24 hours before the start of the event.

• Seat reservation. The number of seats is limited. The ticket guarantees a seat only after payment confirmation.

• Cancellation or rescheduling of training. The organizers reserve the right to change the date or format of the training, after informing the participants by e-mail.

4. Limitation of liability. We make every effort to ensure the quality of the services, but we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the services or changes to the training.

5. Intellectual Property. All materials on the website and training materials belong to us and may not be used without written permission.

6. Changes to Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms. The most recent version will always be posted on the website.
